About the Tech Farm
The Tech Park opened in 2005 with an administration suite, a wetlab, four offices and three business tenants. In the summer of 2006, further development of the inside of the building began, adding thirteen offices, an additional lab and four production area facilities. The entire campus is a New York Certified Business Incubator and shovel ready for new building construction. The Park’s plans to further building development, continue.
The mission of the park is to provide a campus for research and development in the areas of food and agriculture. Our flexible policies regarding the development and ownership of intellectual property make The Technology Farm business-friendly, and give your business a unique competitive advantage.
The Flex-Tech building is but one of what we hope will be many on this campus. Construction of the Finger Lakes Community College Viticulture Building is has been recently completed at the Tech Farm campus and the college’s viticulture curriculum is scheduled to begin in Fall 2015.

There is room for private development as well as other buildings within the Park . With all the creative minds and enthusiastic people in the Finger Lakes Region, The Tech Farm hopes to become home to many more start-up businesses.
Common notions are; “We didn’t know you existed!” or “We don’t know what you do there.”
To address those perceptions, we held our first open house event in March 2010 to help the community better understand what we do. The open house has since become an annual event usually held in the Fall. Our doors are open weekdays, from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
If you are curious about what we do, call ahead and let us know you are interested stopping in.
